When will you ship my order?
If the item/s is in stock, we will send out your order within 24 hours.
If the items is out of stock it can take up to 4 weeks to manufacture.
What courier options do you have?
At the moment you have the option to choose between Pudo and The Courier Guy standard delivery.
How long after you sent my package will i receive it?
It depends on the shipping option you choose.
We will send you the tracking number as soon as collection is arranged.
Can you custom manufacture jewellery pieces?
Yes we love custom pieces. Submit an enquiry on the website and one of our team members will be in touch.
Please specify your preferred method of communication.

Can I only buy online?
Yes, at this stage we only sell online to be able to give you the best prices on jewellery and gemstones.
How do I determine my ring size?
Best would be to have it professionally sized before you place an order.
I ordered the incorrect ring size, what now?
Please make contact with us.
If the ring can be resized without compromising the integrity of the ring, you will be liable for the cost.
It is very important to note that not all rings can be resized - we can not be held responsible if you provided the ring size and we manufacture a ring.
